These are examples of approximate unit use but will vary based on physical exam and individual client concerns.

- Frown Lines (Glabella area between the eyes), approximately 20-30 units

- Forehead Lines, approximately 12-20 units

- Crows Feet (Sides of eyes), approximately 30 units

What are Neuromodulators?

Many of the wrinkles we see on our face are due to the facial expressions we perform everyday. Botulinum Toxin A (BTX-A) works by relaxing the muscles of facial expression. Once the pulling action of these muscles are relaxed, then the skin can flatten out. Fine lines and wrinkles begin to soften and in many cases are eliminated. Examples of neuromodulators are: Botox®, Dysport®(3:1) or Xeomin®.

What are Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers?

Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers have been approved by Health Canada to help improve lost volume. The formation of wrinkles and sagging skin is due to a loss of volume in the underlying tissues. This volume loss is related to many factors that contribute to skin changes as we age; such as genetics, sun exposure and lifestyle factors.

Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers can last anywhere from six months to one year. Results vary from person to person.

Lip enhancement, can be achieved by injectable fillers. Filler is used to plump the lips and smooth the lines in the surrounding skin area. Lip filler can be used to highlight the lips, create a fuller shape, and rejuvenate aging lips. The aim is to provide a rewarding and natural result.
